Explore the diversity and potential of Venetian wines at the Hong Kong International Wine & Spirits Fair.

The Italia di Vini & Sapori consortium will host three exclusive master classes presented by JC Viens. The Consortium is excited to show  the quality of fine Venetian wines and presents in Hong Kong a cross section of carefully selected wines that show character and charm. These tastings also offer the opportunity to discuss the characters of the different indigenous varieties and to introduce different DOC and PGI names and wines.

The Consortium will propose three different tastings on November 9th:

• h. 11.30 - Masterclass n.1 c / o 3F-B25 A & B tasting room of the international Vinitaly Pavilion of the Hong Kong International Wine & Spirits Fair.

• h. 14.45 - Masterclass n.2 at the 3F-B25 A & B tasting room of the Vinitaly International pavilion of the Hong Kong International Wine & Spirits Fair.

• h. 11.30 - Masterclass n.1 c / o 3F-B25 A & B tasting room of the Vinitaly International pavilion of the Hong Kong International Wine & Spirits Fair.

The specialization courses are aimed at wine professionals, educators, food and wine journalists, who will be impressed by the taste and exceptional aromas of Veneto wines. The Consortium hopes that they will have fun making new discoveries and comparing the denominations.
